A run ending either by reaching 7-99 or by dying in Cosmic Ocean, following the criteria of the Chain Low% Cosmic Ocean speedrun and the True Crown Cosmic Ocean% speedrun combined, with the following modification: collecting the True Crown and utilizing its passive effects and granted resources is allowed.
